Assay principle: competition
The principle of the assay is based on a competition between androstenedione from the sample and 125I-androstenedione for a fixed and limited number of anti-androstenedione polyclonal antibody binding sites coated onto the tube wall.
One-step assay procedure: 1h at 37°C.
