Assay principle: sandwich
Five monoclonal anti-hTG antibodies are used for the sandwich. Four are adsorbed onto the tube walls, while the fifth one, radiolabeled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
Two options for the assay procedure:
1- standard protocol: 3h at RT / shaking + 16-20h at RT;
2- rapid protocol: 16-20h at RT.
