Joseph first joined Cisbio as COO in March 2015 before being appointed in June 2016 as CEO to lead the group’s efforts in becoming a first class partner for life science researchers.
Prior to this, Joseph held several leadership positions at BioMérieux, first as Head of the International Division, then as General Manager of the Belgium and Dutch subsidiaries, before taking the helm of the Global franchise for the Food Diagnostics Business, and finally shouldering the role of VP of Worldwide Commercial Operations of the Food and Pharma diagnostics business unit.
Joseph holds a Master’s degree in biomedical engineering as well as a Master’s degree in business administration for healthcare industries from the IGS Group, in Lyon.

Eric is VP of Research and Development, and leads product and technology innovations at Cisbio.
Eric has over 20 years of experience in R&D, in particular in managing research groups focused on innovative technologies applied to Life Sciences and in designing innovative assays. He was the driver behind the IP-One assay, a breakthrough solution for GPCRs, as well as the Tag-lite® technology, which was awarded the 2009 Innovation of the Year Award by Frost & Sullivan.
Eric acts as scientific expert in detection technologies for the National Research Agency and the Universities of Montpellier and of Marseille. He holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Nîmes/Montpellier.
Strategy & Corporate Communications Manager

After more than a decade in the marketing department for the HTRF business unit, François now coordinates Cisbio’s business strategy and corporate communications.
A scientist by training, Francois started his career in Cisbio’s R&D department where he was in charge of optimizing assays for the detection of new tumor markers, such as chromogranin A, a marker for neuroendocrine tumors. He joined the HTRF revolution at the end of the 1990s and held different jobs in the R&D department before moving on to sales and marketing. François oversaw Cisbio’s operational and strategic marketing, and communications until 2018.
François holds a joint engineering degree in Cellular and Molecular biology from Polytech (Clermont-Ferrand) and Salford University (UK). He furthered his education with several courses in marketing and communication, in particular the Strategic Marketing in Action program at Lausanne’s International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
Head of Finance

Jérémie shoulders the global financial responsibilities at Cisbio, maintaining contact with other PerkinElmer group entities. He also oversees customer care activities and sales teams.
During his career Jérémie held several management positions in finance and accounting within the Charles André transport and logistics group. He joined Cisbio in 2015 as chief accountant and rapidly advanced to management control. He was appointed Head of Finance in 2020.
Jérémie holds a degree in Accounting and Organization Management from Théodore Aubanel in Avignon.
Human Resources Manager

With her team, Anne-Cécile tackles all of the duties connected to human resources, from administrative tasks to handling strategic cases. Their main mission is to assist each employee every step of their professional lives.
Anne-Cécile first started her career in a recruitment firm in Amsterdam then in Paris, before moving back to Nîmes, her hometown, where she joined an IT company to manage international human resources. She joined Cisbio in 2013, first as an HR specialist, before quickly moving on to become head of the department.
Anne-Cécile holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Business Administration from the University of Nottingham, and a Master's degree in HR Management from Essec/Isfogep Business School.
IVD Business Manager

Véronique leads the team that brings regulatory, marketing, and sales support to the IVD business unit. She helps make sure that Cisbio's biomarker IVD assays deliver the high-level quantification required and meet the expectations of the medical community.
Prior to joining Cisbio in 2001, Véronique held regulatory and marketing positions in the fields of diagnostics and medical devices at Biotest and Sanofi (Ela medical).
Véronique obtained a post-graduate degree (DEA) in microbiology from the University of Lyon, which she completed with a training in marketing from Essec Business School.
Head of Supply Chain

Xavier manages the supply chain operations at Cisbio and as such, he oversees all logistics flows, from material supply, to scheduling, and the ultimate delivery to customers.
Xavier has had a long career at Cisbio, with various management positions in the production department as well as a recognized expertise in industrial site and lab setup. He took over as head of logistics and now dedicates his energy to promoting the on-going improvement of these operations.
Xavier holds diplomas in industrial maintenance from the universities of Marseille and Perpignan.
Head of Manufacturing

Fabienne leads today assay and reagent production for life sciences and in vitro diagnostics at Cisbio. She oversees as well the integration of new external productions, in partnership with other industrial players.
Fabienne joined Cisbio in 2003 as a scientific consultant for UK and Nordics companies, and she eventually took the leadership role for that team a couple of years later. She has developed a comprehensive knowledge about HTRF products and their applications at customers' labs. She then joined Cisbio's production teams as reagent production and control manager in 2013. She took over its leadership in 2019.
Fabienne holds a engineer degree in bioengineering from the Compiègne's UTC (France) and from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (USA.)
Managing Director Asia-Pacific

Bing is Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Cisbio Bioassays since 2010. He was previously leading Cisbio US' Scientific Consulting Team when he joined the company in 2008. Prior to Cisbio, he worked at Helix Therapeutics as Director of Research and Development. In 2006, he joined PerkinElmer LAS as Technical Leader, focusing on the development of multiplexing platform in quantitative proteomics as well as the technologies in cell signaling and HTS. Before PE, he was Director of Biological Application at Agilix Corporation.
Bing received his Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine from Yale University, School of Medicine in 2000. He then served as a postdoctoral associate in Department of Pathology, Yale University.
